Abstract:

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) and community-acquired pneumonia in this country and abroad have are quite widespread. It should be noted the close relationship between the morphofunctional state tsitolemmy red blood cells, other cells of membranes. Monitoring the status of erythrocyte membranes as adequate models are very important for understanding the origin and development of a variety of pathological conditions. Red blood cells, in general, the only natural substrates effectively influencing gipoergoz and hypoxia after dispnoetic attacks, or prolonged pulmonary dysfunction. The purpose of our work - is to analyze the literature on the changes of red blood cells associated with COPD in people of different age groups. As a result of the work done by us , it was found that the red blood cells really are sensitive indicators of systemic manifestations of COPD, as evidenced by the many changes in their morphology and biochemistry observed in COPD. Elderly patients are observed approximately the same changes as in the group of middle age. In old age the same changes of red blood cells in patients with COPD have their own characteristics, such as the increase in the area, the size and the modulus of elasticity compared to the above groups.
