EFFECT OF LEVEL OF PSYCHOLOGICAL ADAPTATION ON THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND RATE OF AGING COMBAT VETERANS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstract:

The demographic situation developing in the last decade in our country, is characterized by the biological aging of individuals who are not formally categorized as elderly. The aim of our study was to assess the - indicators of satisfaction with quality of life , the degree of psychological adjustment and the rate of aging war veterans among the contingent of living in the territory of the Samara region to develop in a subsequent diagnosis and prevention gerontogenesis from combatants. As a result, it was found that the quality of life of veterans of operations significantly associated with their level of psychological adaptation. Violations of student- environment interactions by reducing the functional capacities of the lead to the formation of psychosomatic disorders among combatants. Arterial hypertension in combat veterans is stress-induced nature, as an early manifestation of the disease is associated with increased stress loads. The increase in the biological age of subjects associated with a decrease in mental adaptation is indicative of accelerated aging combat veterans. Dramatically accelerated type of aging war veterans suffering from hypertension, evidence of age-related nature of cardiovascular disease, the most aggravating and distorting physiological aging. The lack of reliable indicators between the different definitions of BV indicate comparability of the results and methods of interchangeability.
