THE ORGANIZATION OF THREE-LEVEL CONTROLE SYSTEM OF PRIMARY HEALTH CARE FOR MOSCOW CITY POPULATION IN DIFFERENT AGES GROUPS

In article the questions of health system reforming efficiency in Moscow city are considered. Increase of availability and quality of primary health care for population by means of reduction of power and structure of a health care institutions network in compliance with needs of population in medical care and improvement of medical care technologies was a main objective of this reforming. Transition to more effective organization of medical care was carried out due to formation of three-level system of primary health care and strengthening of out-patient link role, common information space creation in health system in Moscow city and carrying out effective personnel policy. Thus, formation of new system is allowed to maximally approach high-tech methods of diagnostics and treatment for population and to strengthen development of prevention of socially significant diseases.
