Abstract:

Polymorbidity problem - one of the most urgent problems of modern clinical medicine. With age, there is a "accumulation" of chronic diseases, there is a multiplicity of pathological processes. Start of diseases forming polymorbidity syndrome usually falls on the middle age. Elderly - a period of clinical manifestations of complex diseases. In recent years, particular attention is paid to participate in pathological processes neyroimmunoendokrinnoy system. Objective: to study features of cytokine status in the parameter "tumor necrosis factor alpha ´(TNF-a) in older women and to determine their impact on the development polymorbidity pathology. Based on this work we can say that menopause is correlated with the pathological imbalance of TNF-a. This predisposes to the formation of arterial hypertension, which in turn exacerbates the cytokine imbalance, especially against the background of the formation of arterial hypertension (AH) coronary artery disease (CAD).
