ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODICAL APPROACHES TO ROLE STUDYING OF HEALTH SERVICES IN ENSURING QUALITY LIFE OF PATIENTS WITH OSTEOARTHRITIS

Abstract:

Research results of organizational and methodical approaches to studying of health services role in ensuring quality of life of patients with osteoarthritis are presented in article. Authors offered original questionnaires which will allow to optimize medical care to this contingent of patients in the future . The questionnaire No. 1 "Medical information" is filled with the attending physician and allows to estimate nature of medical intervention – diagnostic, medical, rehabilitation, preventive. The questionnaire No. 2 "An expert assessment" is filled with the medical expert and provides data which allow to estimate completeness and efficiency of the medical events held to the elderly patient with osteoarthritis. The questionnaire No. 3 "A medico-social portrait of the elderly patient having osteoarthrosis" is filled with the patient by means of the health worker and allows to find out pervoprichinny bases in incidence of osteoarthritis with hereditary diseases in a family, with work in the conditions of professional harm, financial position of the patient and quality of food, existence of addictions and the postponed sharp diseases bone and muscular or other systems. The questionnaire No. 4 "Interaction of the patient and health services" is filled with patients independently and allows to analyse an assessment by the patient of non-drug and drug treatment, the rehabilitation events held to it. The questionnaire No. 5 "A questionnaire of World Health Organization for determination of quality of life" is filled with the patient independently and gives an excellent starting point for determination of quality of life of the elderly patient to the interrogated.
