Abstract:
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a significant medical and social problem for the cohort of retired military men, this dictates the need to find new and effective technologies of care for older patients with COPD. The purpose of the study - the clinical and neyroimmunoendokrinnye effects of physical rehabilitation for older soldiers elderly patients with moderate COPD.
It is shown that addition of traditional therapy of this disease with actions of physical rehabilitation for half a year authentically increases physical working capacity, mobility and reduces breathlessness. Physical rehabilitation reduces expressiveness of pro-inflammatory neuroimmunoendocrine activation at a moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the expense of decrease in levels pro-inflammatory cytokines. The revealed positive clinical and neuroimmunoendocrine effects of physical rehabilitation at a moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease proves the need of its application for disability prevention at the elderly military personnel.
