Abstract:
The article assesses the status of mucosal immunity by oral gingival fluid cytokine profile in patients of different age groups with chronic apical periodontitis, suffering somatic pathology. Substantiated the possibility of studying the state of mucosal immunity in chronic apical periodontitis content of cytokines in gingival fluid. Studied the level of tumor necrosis factor α in different age groups in patients suffering from ischemic heart disease and diabetes mellitus. Concluded that the experimental results will make it possible and develop new algorithms for the management of patients with chronic apical periodontitis using directional pathogenetic therapy, given the age of the patient and polymorbidity.
