In the whole country over the last ten years (from 2002 to 2011.) Incidence of malignant neoplasms of the skin also tended to increase. Melanoma skin has become the most common malignant tumors of the skin. Melanoma skin accounts for 1 to 4% of all cancers. Currently, malignant skin tumors, including melanoma, the most insidious skin cancer pathology worldwide occurs quite representing one of the most important problems of interdisciplinary clinical and preventive health care. In keeping with its aggressive course of skin melanoma is also one of the social problems of society. Analysis of the sources of domestic and foreign literature suggests an upward trend in the incidence of malignant skin tumors, including melanoma. Early diagnosis of cutaneous melanoma and dysplastic nevi, or other background states to improve the prognosis and survival of patients. Reducing the incidence of melanoma and transformation background states is possible by routine inspections, avoid excessive sun exposure and traumatization of the skin and other skin-irritating factors.
