In many industrialized countries, there is an increase in life expectancy, which contributes to the increase in the proportion of older people. Increased blood pressure in different age groups and especially among older people is one of the most important risk factors for the development of target organ damage - an angry-ca, brain, coronary vessels. The majority of patients with hypertension appear as a violation of cardiomegaly, cerebral circulatory disorders, kidney failure. People over the age of 60 years, the presence of hypertension increases the overall mortality rate by 2 times, kardiova-lar - 3 times. The aim of our study - the study of the characteristics of patients with hypertension in elderly positions geriatric syndromes. As a result, the work you have done, it was found that it is necessary to continue to improve the provision of care to patients older than 60 years old with high blood pressure. First of all, you need to significantly Refine the system for the identification of high blood pressure, a system of monitoring that enable you to get objective information about the quality of medical measures in hypertensive patients conducted at the regional level, to continually improve the effectiveness of meropriya a bearing on the management of risk factors of heart lesions circulatory system and reduce the severity of manifestations of geriatric syndromes.
