Abstract:

The article discusses the importance of open access to educational resources of electronic methodical teaching complexes (EMTK) of improvement of professional skill in the field of gerontology and geriatrics of the specialists of pharmaceutical industry. In this paper used in the analysis of their own experience in the development and implementation of training EMTK academic staff of universities, pharmaceutical and medical workers, employees of institutions of social protection and social services in the field of gerontology and geriatrics as part of a «Khmara’s» research project of open education. It is shown that the strategy of creating EMTK of improvement of professional skill of the specialists of pharmaceutical industry in the field of gerontology and geriatrics in terms of providing free access to educational resources for student should provide modern technological, didactic, psychological, pedagogical, organizational and methodological levels of the organization.
