ALTERATIONS OF BLOOD CELLS’ PARAMETERES FROM PATIENTS OF SENILE AGE WITH ACUTE PNEUMONIA. SIMILARITIES AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN PATIENTS AND ANIMAL BIOLOGICAL "MODEL"
Appropriate timely detection of the hypoxic influence on the body increases the therapy effectiveness, predicts the severity of the disease and helps to avoid harmful consequences for the body. It seems to be a difficult task to directly establish significant effect of hypoxia on the human body in hospitals. The purpose of the study - to explore the possibility of using biological "model" for the study of structural and functional properties of red blood cells in people with pneumonia in old age.In this paper, we suggested the experimental "model" of acute hypoxia in animals may reflect similar changes of blood parameters in patients with acute oxygen deficiency, which accompanies acute pneumonia. All measurements were taken using highly sensitive scanning microscopes.
