Abstract:

Objective: to analyze a number of parameters of carbohydrate - energy exchange in connection with the assessment ratio between free and bound water and the work of Mg2 + and Ca2 +-dependent ATPases in the vaginal tissue of women with atrophic colpitis, premenopausal. As a result of the analysis, it was established that the vaginal tissue at atrophic colpitis had decreased activity of enzymes of carbohydrate-energetic metabolism. Correlation between free and bind water changed into increasing of free water in this context. Such changes are accompanied by increase activity of Ca2+, Mg2+-dependent ATP-ase. Results of investigation suggest that pathogenic chain forms in atrophic colpitis. This chain binds with change of priority direction of different metabolic pathways, change of correlation between water fraction, affection of cell transport systems work that lead to different system changes on cell level which may be connect not only with affection of estrogens metabolism.
