Abstract:

In current medical practice, geriatrics and aesthetic medicine importance placed on early detection and treatment of premature aging syndrome, especially in women, since they are the main visitors to the show of aesthetic medicine. The article discusses the problem of the development of the syndrome of premature aging in women in postmenopausal period. Presents the definitions and content of physiological and premature aging, the symptomology of menopausal syndrome and its associated conditions. The characteristic of modern approaches to drug and non-drug approaches to the treatment of the syndrome of premature aging in women amid menopausal changes. The article is intended for specialists in the field of anti-aging medicine. It must be remembered that in the framework of their professional competencies cosmetologist can not prescribe antihypertensive or hormone replacement therapy to correct premature aging syndrome when combined menopausal changes and hypertension, but he must possess the present situation in this area, to convey to the patient´s current knowledge, to recommend him refer to the appropriate specialist.
