Abstract:
The purpose of this research study of the risk of hemodynamic incidents during operations on the abdominal organs. As a result of this work have been analyzed data obtained during 232 surgeries using the two options of anesthetic management - general anesthesia and regional anesthesia. A study was conducted following hemodynamic risk of incidents occurring during surgery, cardiac arrhythmias and conduction excess hypertensive reactions, perioperative myocardial ischemia, acute myocardial infarction, resistant hypertension, excessive hypotensive response. Analysis of the results showed that the endotracheal anesthesia has the greatest risk of hemodynamic incidents than spinal anesthesia. Elderly patients are more prone to the emergence of hemodynamic incidents than younger patients, with the risk of accidents increases in patients with underlying cardiac.
