Abstract:

The article discusses the changes in the use of distance learning that have taken place in the educational activity institution Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of Ukraine. Some of the problems identified that accompany this process. There were ways to solve them the basis of modern information and communication technologies. It is shown, it is necessary to scale up the use of distance learning and to improve the quality and efficiency and to use modern technology. It is established that this will contribute to the development of System Training in the direction of open type systems, improve information-communication support of educational processes, research and management of postgraduate pedagogical education.
