Abstract:

The problem of management of patients with elderly with concomitant somatic pathology is important due to the ever increasing number of this population. This becomes particularly relevant in terms of economic instability, weak social support for those working age against the backdrop of an aging population, the imperfections of the budget and health insurance and the increase in the number of paid medical services. Most elderly patients suffer mainly chronic diseases therapeutics that this creates a high demand for the proportion of the various kinds of medical services. Given this, the problem of health care for the elderly require more in-depth study, as in the direction of the adequacy of the scope and direction of its quality. Undoubtedly, the leading pathology in this case is arterial hypertension (AH) - both medically and socially. From our point of view, the organization of such a "therapeutic environment" in patients with AGV conditions of domestic social and medical institutions and at home is a promising, requires a comprehensive study and subsequent implementation.
