Abstract:

The problem of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis because of its prevalence among elderly and senile age is quite a challenge for virtually all modern and economically developed countries. Objective: Development and creation of methodology for medical and social research on osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in geriatric practice. Article designed and developed the methodology of medico-social research on osteoporosis and osteoarthritis in geriatric practice, comprising 8 blocks in which marked and accents on the study of the analysis of the prevalence of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis; study and comprehensive assessment of modifiable аnd unmodifiable, medical and social risk factors; the development of an integrated questionnaire on osteoporosis and osteoarthritis; create a structured algorithm primary diagnosis of diseases; ensuring the implementation of new approaches to medical and social research on these issues in geriatric practice.
